We use classic Swedish massage techniques in our pregnancy massage therapy. This stroke technique reduces stress, increases relaxation, improves blood circulation and releases toxins from the body.

Feel nurtured and supported in a time of constant change with a full body massage using a rose essential oil blend to nourish and care for expanding skin, while relieving stress and tension.

IMPORTANT: To ensure you have enough time to relax and prepare, please arrive 1 hour before your appointment. This allows time to complete your consultation form and enjoy a complimentary pre-therapy soak in our Deluxe Lake Spa, valued at $79.95.

Soak in soothing Rachel Alkaline mineral springs. There are lower temperature pools to enjoy in the Deluxe Lake Spa, which is recommended for pregnancy. The heated geothermal recliners are sublime for sore backs and tired limbs. This pre-therapy soak is valued at $79.95 and is automatically included in your treatment.
