We use classic Swedish massage techniques in our pregnancy massage therapy. This stroke technique reduces stress, increases relaxation, improves blood circulation and releases toxins from the body.

Soak in soothing Rachel Alkaline mineral springs. There are lower temperature pools to enjoy in the Deluxe Lake Spa and heated geothermal recliners to help with aching bodies. The heated geothermal recliners are sublime for sore backs and tired limbs. This pre-therapy soak is valued at $84.95 and is automatically included in your treatment.
