Bookings for Wellness Reset Day itineraries are to be made with ideally 7-days notice, and need to be booked through the Retreat Day Spa. Wellness Reset Day cancellations are required to be made with 5-days notice. Cancellations made after this will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In the event of a no show, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Pool Area Options

We have multiple pools to choose from when building your ideal Group visit to Polynesian Spa.

Waters from two natural springs are fed into 28 mineral pools. Our Priest Spring Water is slightly acidic and great for relaxing muscles, bones and joints.  Our Rachel Spring water features the antiseptic action of sodium silicate which nourishes the skin.  It is said that those who bathe in the waters of the Rachel Spring are blessed with ageless beauty.  Our pools range in temperature from 36 to 41 degrees.

Capacity

Wellness & Events Room:
The Wellness & Events Room can take a maximum of 60 people standing.
For Wellness Activities such as yoga, sound bathing, etc – max 20 per group session, allowing for placement of exercise mats and movement
For seated meals in the cafe – 80 people, in the Wellness Room 40.

Pools:
We can accommodate 100 people per pool area (there are four pool areas)

Therapies:
Maximum of 10 therapies at a time – NB: subject to availability of rooms and therapists
