We are excited to introduce weekday yoga classes in our new Wellness and Events space. Nadine Prinsloo brings her expertise in Hatha Yoga to Polynesian Spa, offering tailored classes for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.

Hatha Yoga

Join our Hatha yoga class for a journey through intricate postures. Our experienced instructor guides you with detailed demonstrations, focusing on alignment and breath to enhance your practice. From grounding poses to advanced balances and inversions, discover tranquility and strength in every session.

Schedule:

Monday evenings – 5:30 to 6:30 pm

Tuesday evenings – 7:15 to 8:15 pm

Yoga mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are included in the price. Classes are $25 and pool packages can be added.

Meet Nadine Prinsloo – Hatha Yoga Instructor at Polynesian Spa

Nadine Prinsloo is a highly respected yoga instructor based in Rotorua, New Zealand, renowned for her passion and expertise in the art of yoga. With over 6 years of experience teaching and almost a decade of personal practice since 2015, Nadine has become a prominent figure in the local yoga community.

Nadine’s journey into yoga began as a personal exploration of physical and mental well-being. Inspired by the transformative effects of yoga in her own life, she delved deeper into Hatha and Yin yoga traditions. Her teaching style reflects a harmonious blend of these disciplines, emphasizing mindfulness, breathwork, and alignment.

Nadine leads classes that cater to practitioners of all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Her classes are characterized by a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, encouraging students to explore their practice with curiosity and compassion.
