Sky View Private Pool offers a private geothermal bathing experience at Polynesian Spa in Rotorua, with an open-roof design that lets guests soak beneath blue skies, drifting clouds, or the evening stars. Each private pool is filled with Rachel Spring alkaline mineral water and designed for seated immersion, creating a peaceful setting for couples, families, and small groups seeking privacy, relaxation, and a more personal bathing experience. Every booking includes 45 minutes of private bathing in a cubicle-style pool, plus a private changing room with shower and a drinking fountain. For health and safety reasons, every booking must be booked and attended by two adults aged 16 years or over.

Booking Guidelines

A minimum of two adults aged 16 or over is required for every booking and attendance
The system automatically books two adults per pool
The second guest cannot be a child under 16
Children are welcome only when accompanied by two adults aged 16 or over
Children under 8 must be actively supervised in the water by a caregiver aged 16 or over
Infants and children under 5 enter free

Things to Know/What to Bring

Bring swimwear and a water bottle, or hire or purchase swimwear onsite
Towels are not included and can be hired onsite, or you are welcome to bring your own
Swim nappies are required for babies and are available to purchase onsite. Suitable swimwear must be worn over the swim nappies.
Please help maintain a peaceful environment for nearby guests
Sky View Private Pool is designed for seated immersion bathing rather than swimming
