Please note that there may be a 30-60 minute wait to enter the family pools as we adhere to maximum capacity limits for everyone’s safety. While you wait, we invite you to relax at our on-site 88RA café, where you can enjoy delicious gelato, meals, fresh juices, smoothies, and a range of family friendly treats.

Package information:
- Deluxe Lake Spa admission. This area includes stunning lake views over Sulphur Bay, 4 Rachel Spring alkaline mineral pools and 1 Priest Spring Acidic pool, 10 geothermally heated recliners and 1 cold plunge pool. Unlimited bathing time.
- Family Pools admission. This area includes one large freshwater pool with hydrosalide and two Rachel Spring alkaline geothermal pools. Unlimited bathing time.
- One freshly squeezed juice or smoothie per person.
- Infants under 2 years are free of charge
- Babies are required to wear swimming nappies. These can be purchased at the Spa Essentials Shop or Pool Reception.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an caregiver; under 8 must be actively supervised by a caregiver in the water over 16 years old
- Adult swimsuits and swimming shorts can be hired for $14.95 or purchased at the Spa Essentials Shop
- Towel hire is available for $10.95
