Do I need the Residents Annual Club Card to access local pricing?
Yes. You’ll need a valid Residents Annual Club Card to access local rates.

Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
You can do both. Booking is recommended for busy times and private pools.

Are local rates applied automatically when I book online?
Yes. When you log in with your Residents Annual Club Card, your local rates will be applied automatically.

Can I purchase a monthly pass online?
Monthly passes are currently available to purchase on site.

What do I need to bring to apply?
Proof of Rotorua address (such as a utility bill or bank statement) and a valid photo ID.

Can I use my card for someone else?
No. The Residents Annual Club Card is for individual use and is not transferable.

What if I can’t remember my password?
Use the “Reset password” option on the login screen with your registered email address. If you’re unsure which email is linked to your Residents Annual Club Card, please contact our team for assistance.

The Residents Annual Club Membership Card is available exclusively to permanent residents living within the Rotorua region. Valid proof of residence is required for approval and may be requested at any time.
Membership benefits apply only to the registered cardholder and are not transferable.
Discounts apply to standard retail pricing for pool entry and spa therapies. Discounts do not apply to promotional pricing, special packages, gift vouchers, concession products, or third party offers unless explicitly stated.
Spa Essentials Shop and 88Ra Café discounts are valid for purchases made on site only.
Residents Annual Club Cards must be presented at reception or point of purchase to receive applicable benefits.
Online access is issued following membership verification and completion of registration. Login credentials must not be shared.
Polynesian Spa reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, or eligibility criteria at any time.
Misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation of the membership.
