Polynesian Spa’s 28 hot pools are fed by two natural springs, each with unique qualities.
The Priest Spring’s slightly acidic waters are valued for easing aches and tired muscles, while the Rachel Spring’s alkaline waters are known for nourishing and softening skin.
For those who prefer a gentler experience, several pools are kept at cooler temperatures – perfect for a refreshing soak.
Deluxe Lake Spa
Unlimited time soak in five hot mineral pools and a cold plunge pool overlooking Lake Rotorua. Deluxe Lake Spa includes seated immersion bathing, heated recliners, an indoor relaxation lounge, plus towels and lockers with every entry.
Pavilion Adult Pools
Soak in eight hot mineral pools overlooking Lake Rotorua, including seven pools designed for seated immersion, one deeper pool for standing immersion, and a reflexology walk. The Pavilion Pools is Polynesian Spa’s historic adult bathing area for guests aged 12 and over.
Lake View Private Pools
Enjoy a private 45-minute soak in Rachel Spring alkaline mineral water overlooking Lake Rotorua and Sulphur Bay. Lake View Private Pools include lake views, a private changing room with shower, drinking fountain, and towels with every booking.
Sky View Private Pools
Enjoy a private 45-minute soak in Rachel Spring alkaline mineral water, designed for seated immersion beneath the open sky. Sky View Private Pool includes a private changing room with shower, fresh air, and a peaceful open-roof setting. For health and safety reasons, every booking must be booked and attended by two adults aged 16 years or over.
Family Pools
Enjoy one large freshwater pool with a small hydro slide, plus two Rachel Spring alkaline mineral hot pools for family-friendly soaking at Polynesian Spa in Rotorua. Family Pools is designed for all ages, with lifeguard supervision, toddler-friendly areas, and easy access to changing facilities and 88Ra Café.
