This autumn and winter, we’re excited to host two beautifully grounded yoga sessions with local instructor Gabriel Baker. Gabriel specialises in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative styles, with a nurturing and inclusive approach that gently supports reconnection through movement, breath, and rest.

Each two-hour session includes calming breathwork, slow movement, and yoga nidra — a guided meditation often described as the best sleep you’ve never had. Add a soak in our geothermal pools before or after your class, and you’ve got the ultimate reset: soothing yoga, a mineral-rich soak to relax the body, and the kind of sleep you’ll wake up grateful for.
