Hello to allour MMR participants for November 2022!
I’m so looking forward to connecting with MMR participants on this ultimate weekend-getaway! This is a weekend of precious “me-time” for you that you deserve to un-wind, re-set, learn, grow and feel more in balance. I use the word Balance a fair bit, of course, as this is the name of my book. It features 30 global experts on how to live healthier and happier + 30 nourishing recipes. The experts have knowledge in areas like nutrition, psychology, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, decluttering… to a world-famous happiness researcher in Texas.
There has never been a more important time to look after your wellbeing. You’ll get to tap into some amazing advice, learnings, movement, nourishing kai and you’ll no doubt be looking forward to the pampering treatment at the spa. Bliss!
Please go at your own pace at the retreat, and if you are worried about the complexity of the yoga – relax as I will take care of you. It’s an easy, beginner level and it’s centered around movement that helps you to rebalance your body and mind.
The alkaline pools make your skin silky soft and the acidic-water-pools are great for relaxing muscles, aches and pains. I always have the best sleep after having a soak in the mineral waters. My advice is to savour time here.
Enjoy being in Rotorua and being on the lake edge overlooking the wildlife reserve at Sulphur Bay. It uplifts and is relaxing, always. But mostly, come to the Mindful Moments retreat for “you” and get the pampering you deserve. The team and I have a heart-led goal to share our knowledge in an uplifting way that empowers you to leave us inspired and living life more mindfully and in balance. We want you to thrive, not just survive.
