Welcome to Polynesian Spa’s Lake Spa Retreat a place to truly relax and unwind. Please take your time to browse through our spa therapy menu. We advise you to give our friendly reception staff a call to book your spa therapy in advance to avoid disappointment. Our staff will also be able to answer any questions you may have and provide recommendations.
Hot mineral bathing is an integral part of all therapies at Polynesian Spa. The water will warm up your muscles, soften your skin and leave you in a relaxed state of mind. Our beautifully landscaped Lake Spa mineral pools are surrounded by nature and you can enjoy the stunning views over Lake Rotorua. Please bring your bathing suit, if you do not have a bathing suit Polynesian Spa does offer both hire and purchase options.
On arrival you will be given a soft fluffy robe to wear. You will be required to fill out a consultation form and have a chat with our reception staff members, please advise us of any medical conditions or pregnancy. For your therapy you will be asked to change in to the disposable underwear provided. Our well-appointed changing facilities offer security lockers, however we do advise you leave any valuables at home. Other amenities in the changing room are towels, lockers, soap, shampoo and hairdryers.

Reservations are essential and subject to availability. Reservations can be made between 10.00am and 7.00pm at the Lake Spa Retreat reception or online. Please advise of medical conditions or pregnancy. Arrival time One hour prior to your spa therapy appointment time for your consultation and pre therapy soak. Hot mineral bathing Deluxe Lake Spa bathing is an integral part of all spa therapies and is complimentary. Spa therapies for young adults aged between 16 and 18 years may be provided in our Dual spa therapy rooms with a parent or legal guardian. |
