Join Rotorua facilitator Ariana Grant for a gentle morning of kōrero (conversation), guided meditation and connection in a serene lakeside setting at Polynesian Spa.
This uplifting wāhine wānanga (women’s gathering) invites you to explore love in all its forms – joy, heartbreak, healing and rediscovery – and to reconnect with your own sense of balance and self-trust.

What to Expect

Opening meditation and cacao ceremony to settle and connect
Guided kōrero (conversation) and reflections around love, relationships and self-worth
Simple tools for emotional safety and clearer communication
Time for journaling, sharing and grounding
Cacao and a light refreshment provided
Option to unwind afterwards with a soak in the wonderful warm pools

About Ariana Grant

Based in Rotorua, Ariana Grant is a holistic life and relationships coach with over 11 years of experience in hauora (health and wellbeing). Her background spans both Aotearoa (New Zealand) and Australia, where she has supported others as a fitness coach, nutritional counsellor, rangatahi (youth) mentor, and retreat facilitator.

Ariana’s approach brings together mindful self-inquiry, communication tools and grounded reflection to help people reconnect with their values and create more authentic relationships with themselves and others. Her work honours both the wairua (spirit) and the everyday human experience, offering gentle guidance that encourages self-trust, clarity and connection.

Her guiding belief, “Toitū te kupu, toitū te mana, toitū te whenua” – Let the word be preserved, our dignity upheld, and the land remain protected – reflects her focus on integrity, authenticity and holistic wellbeing.
