We use Aromatherapy and/or classic Swedish massage techniques in our therapies. The Swedish massage stroke technique reduces stress, increases relaxation, improves blood circulation and releases toxins from the body.
Enjoy a gentle body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, exfoliate the skin, assisting your body to remove toxins and increase circulation and energy followed by a warm mud or manuka honey mask placed on your back while your legs are massaged. Afterwards, a Swedish style neck, shoulder and back massage will leave you in a world of bliss.
