Here, you can take in the views over Lake Rotorua while bathing in our alkaline and acidic mineral waters, just as visitors have done for generations.

We encourage all guests to arrive one hour before their appointment. This gives time to complete your consultation form and enjoy a relaxing soak in the Deluxe Lake Spa before therapy. It’s all part of ensuring you leave refreshed, balanced, and cared for.
Monday to Sunday: 10am – 7pm.
First treatment begins at 10:15am (with your pre-therapy soak at 9:15am).
For groups of six or more, we offer customised experiences that can include yoga, meditation, lunch, hot pools, and spa therapy. Please contact us at retreat@polynesianspa.co.nz to create your group package.
