The Residents Annual Club Card offers year-round access to preferred local rates and member privileges across our pools, therapies and spa packages — all managed through a dedicated online booking portal. Membership is complimentary and designed to deliver meaningful value across the year.

Once registered and verified, your card provides:

• Preferred one-time entry rates to Pavilion Pools and Deluxe Lake Spa
• 20% off full-priced spa treatments
• 20% off full-priced items in the Spa Essentials Shop
• 20% off full-priced items at 88Ra Café
• Member access to book therapies, packages, pools and private pools online, with local rates automatically applied

Following submission of proof of local residence and completion of your onsite photo, you’ll receive an email to activate your membership portal. Simply set your password, log in, and book through the Residents portal whenever you wish to visit.

It’s our way of recognising our local community and making it easy to enjoy Polynesian Spa throughout the year — at preferred local rates.

Terms and Conditions, Residents Annual Club

• The Residents Annual Club Membership Card is available exclusively to permanent residents living within the Rotorua region. Valid proof of residence is required for approval and may be requested at any time.
• Membership benefits apply only to the registered cardholder and are not transferable.
• Discounts apply to standard retail pricing for pool entry and spa therapies. Discounts do not apply to promotional pricing, special packages, gift vouchers, concession products, or third party offers unless explicitly stated.
• Spa Essentials Shop and 88Ra Café discounts are valid for purchases made on site only.
• Residents Annual Club Cards must be presented at reception or point of purchase to receive applicable benefits.
• Online access is issued following membership verification and completion of registration. Login credentials must not be shared.
• Polynesian Spa reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, or eligibility criteria at any time.
• Misuse of membership benefits may result in cancellation of the membership.
