• All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST.
• The concession pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Entries can be used on any date within the validity period.
• The concession pass is usable exclusively at the purchased area.
• The concession pass can be shared with others, with each entry counting towards the 10 visits. Each person entering will count as one visit.
• Same-day re-entry is permitted, with each re-entry counting towards the 10 visits.
• You will need to bring your ticket or gift voucher with you on arrival.
• Polynesian Spa accepts no responsibility for any fraudulent, duplicated or unauthorised purchase of tickets, vouchers or gift cards and any costs this may incur.
• No refunds or exchanges, under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
• No extensions will be granted. Unused entries will expire at the end of the 6-month period and cannot be transferred to a new concession pass or used as single entries outside the validity period.
