Terms and Conditions
Gift cards can be used for the purchase of goods and services at Polynesian Spa only. To use, simply present the gift card at Polynesian Spa for full payment or part payment of goods and services. The amount of any purchase will be deducted from the gift card. Please protect the card and treat it like cash - it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If the barcode on the card has become unreadable due to damage it will no longer be accepted. The card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. The card is valid for 24 months from purchase. Balance can be checked at Polynesian Spa.
Payment terms are by credit card and in New Zealand dollars only. All prices include GST. All vouchers are gift wrapped. New Zealand deliveries are delivered by Post Haste Couriers to a physical address; International deliveries are delivered by International Air Mail. We accept no responsibility for any loss or delay through any postal systems. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Polynesian Spa is not liable to the customer for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of products, even where we may have been advised of their possibility. The maximum liability will not exceed the cost of the original order.
