Spa Therapies
Set amid native flora, the Lake Spa Retreat is an inviting relaxation haven and provides an array of enticing spa therapies.
Here you can take time out to completely relax and unwind. Indoor lake-view relaxation areas are offered, and include a large relaxation area where you are able to order and purchase refreshments. Robes are provided, and well-appointed changing facilities include towels, lockers, soap, shampoo and hairdryers.
Spa therapies: Body and facial therapies using Rotorua thermal mud, New Zealand manuka honey or other natural ingredients.
Hydro spa therapies: Body therapies under the jets of warm water using fragrant oils for indulging massages.

Spa therapies are available in ten spa therapy rooms – 3 hydro spa therapy rooms and seven further rooms with views of Lake Rotorua or native flora courtyard. Two couples spa therapy rooms offer time out with your partner or friend.
All spa therapies include deluxe Lake Spa bathing prior and post the therapy. Choose from an enticing array of 30mins, 60mins and 90mins spa therapies. Packages available.
Open daily 9am-8pm. Bookings are essential and subject to availability.
We are committed to on-going improvements at Polynesian Spa so that our clients continue to receive a world class spa experience. From 30 April – 30 June 2012 our Lake Spa Retreat is undergoing refurbishments. During this time we will have limited capacity. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. All guests are advised to book well in advance for spa therapies to avoid disappointment. The work in progress should not disturb any of the therapies during this time.
