Rotorua Residents Annual Pass
- You must reside permanently in Rotorua. Proof of residency must be provided before a pass is issued, for example power/phone account with proof of address.
- Passes are not transferable. Discounted entry is for the pass-holder only and up to four children aged 14 years and under.
- Valid for all pool admissions and spa therapies (adults only).
- Spa therapies are subject to availability
- Lost passes will be charged a replacement fee of $4.00
- No refunds
- Passes must be presented to reception at the time of admission
- No further discounts are applicable
- Polynesian Spa policies apply to all pass holders
- Retail admission prices are subject to change at any time
Rotorua Residents Monthly Pass
- To be eligible you must reside permanently in Rotorua
- Address verification: power/phone account or bank statement with address
- The monthly fee of $43 is paid in advance
- Passes are not transferable
- Lost passes will be charged a replacement fee of $4.00
- No refunds
- Passes must be presented to reception at the time of admission
- This pass is for the use of the Family Spa or Adult Pools & Priest Spa only
- Polynesian Spa policies apply to all pass holders
