By accessing and using the site you are deemed to be in agreement with the following Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Our online shopping is not staffed on a Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the Monday morning. Dispatches of orders are subject to availability. We will notify you if a product is unavailable.

All postage rates for your order are calculated at the checkout cart. We use Post Haste Couriers to deliver our parcels throughout New Zealand. Post Haste delivery will take up to three days depending on your location.

All international deliveries are by airmail. We are required to attach customs declarations to all international deliveries including a description of the goods and their cost. Customs or import levies may be applied once they reach your country. These and any customs clearance charges must be borne by the customer.

We will endeavor to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but we will not be liable for late delivery. Late delivery does not entitle the purchaser to cancel the order.

Payment

We accept payment by Mastercard and Visa credit card only. All prices for product and postage are in NZ Dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 12.5%.

Returns

If you are not entirely happy with a product you have purchased please notify Polynesian Spa Ltd at spaessentials@polynesianspa.net.nz within 7 days of receipt of the product so we can best decide the following course of action.

In most cases this will include your ability to return your product to us for an exchange or credit. All goods returned must be unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. The cost of returning goods must be met by the purchaser.
